ZEGA Financial
ZEGA Buffered Index Growth (ZBIG) ZBIG Webinar

ZEGA’s Buffered Index Growth Strategy (ZBIG) is a complement or replacement for large-cap equity allocations. It aims to provide upside market exposure when markets appreciate, while employing a buffered zone of protection designed to provide protection against losses. The strategy swaps out stock risk for short duration fixed income risk within the buffered zone. It is designed for a fixed holding period of 18 to 36 months, but positions are liquid and permit early payouts, if needed.

ZEGA HiPOS Aggressive Growth

ZEGA’s High Probability Options Strategy (HiPOS) Aggressive Growth is an alternative investment strategy generates returns by selling options on major equity indexes in an attempt to take advantage of volatility in the markets. They use a very disciplined approach and only invest when targeted returns exceed calculated risk. The positions have expirations within 30 days and the strike price must be far enough out-of-the-money, thus the low probability that the option will be exercised. Read more >>

IMPORTANT NOTES:  Halbert Wealth Management, Inc. (HWM) and ZEGA Financial (ZEGA) are Investment Advisors registered with the SEC and/or their respective states. Any opinions stated are intended as general observations, not specific or personal investment advice. Please consult a competent professional and the appropriate disclosure documents before making any investment decisions. For more information on HWM or ZEGA, please consult the appropriate Form ADV Part 2. Officers, employees, and affiliates of HWM may have investments managed by the Advisors discussed herein or others.

THE PERFORMANCE INFORMATION SET FORTH IN THE FACT SHEETS ARE BASED UPON INFORMATION AND DATA PROVIDED BY ZEGA, A THIRD PARTY INVESTMENT ADVISOR. HALBERT WEALTH MANAGEMENT HAS NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED ANY SUCH INFORMATION AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INACCURACY OR INADEQUACY THEREOF. PAST RESULTS ARE NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

When reviewing past performance records, it is important to note that different accounts, even though they are traded pursuant to the same strategy, can have varying results. The reasons for this include: i) the period of time in which the accounts are active; ii) the timing of contributions and withdrawals; iii) the account size; iv) the minimum investment requirements and/or withdrawal restrictions; and v) the rate of brokerage commissions and transaction fees charged to an account. There can be no assurance that an account opened by any person will achieve performance returns similar to those provided herein for accounts traded pursuant to the trading programs shown.

In addition, you should be aware that (i) these trading programs are speculative and involve risk; (ii) the trading programs' performance may be volatile; (iii) an investor could lose all or a substantial amount of his or her investment in the programs; (iv) ZEGA will have trading authority over an investor's account and the use of a single advisor could mean lack of diversification and consequently higher risk; and (v) the trading programs' fees and expenses (if any) will reduce an investor's trading profits, or increase any trading losses.

These strategies use options which involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Prior to buying or selling an option, a person must receive a copy of Characteristics of Risks of Standardized Options. This may be obtained from HWM, from any exchange on which options are traded, or by contacting The Options Clearing Corporation at 1-888-678-4667. ZEGA may engage in "naked" option trading, which is the most speculative form of trading.

The results shown are for a limited time period and may not be representative of the results that would be achieved over a full market cycle or in different economic and market environments. Different economic and market conditions could produce different results.
